When working with us, every step of the process is shaped to respond to our client and their particular project, enabling us to provide the best possible process and end product. We welcome challenging design problems and focus our full attention on creating intuitive, elegant, and economical design solutions. We love utilizing a spectrum of materials to transform the everyday into unexpected and meaningful environments. We draw most of our inspiration from the structures, mechanics, and aesthetics of our natural world– looking to enhance our everyday experience.

Who we are…

We are Jamie and Erica Laidlaw, a brother- sister duo born and raised in the mountains of central Idaho. Prior to starting Laidlaw Design Co., we have lived and pursued dreams on many continents- as athletes, students, and travelers. Now, we have returned home to distill our past experiences into meaningful expressions and thoughtful creations. Between the two of us, we have a Fine Arts Degree, a Masters in Architecture, and 30+ years of working in landscape new construction.
